We are located at Chitra GIDC, occupying Plot No. 127 and 128. The business is Kumar Minerals, run by Kumar M Shah. Working with minerals means things get pretty dusty around here. We have piles of raw materials sitting in the yard and inside the sheds. It’s heavy work. We use some old grinders and crushers that make a lot of noise throughout the day. The neighbors don't mind because they’re doing similar industrial work. We have a small group of laborers who handle the heavy lifting and the machine operation. I spend most of my time in the small office on-site, keeping track of the loads coming in and going out. Chitra GIDC is a busy area, so there’s always the sound of trucks and other machinery in the air. We’ve been at this location for many years. The building is a bit old, and the roof leaks a little when it rains really hard, but it serves our purpose. We don’t have a sales team or any marketing stuff. Most of our customers have been buying from us for decades. They know where we are and what kind of minerals we provide. It’s a straightforward, no-nonsense business. We focus on the work, handle the material, and try to keep things moving. It’s not fancy, but it’s what we do.
