Jain Marine Services

Jain Marine Services is run out of D-262, Sushila Sadan in the Kalvibid area. It is a quiet enough spot compared to the noisy docks, but we stay very busy with all the marine work that comes our way. The office is basically just a room with a few computers and a lot of files about ships and shipping schedules. We do not have a big flashy building because we would rather spend our time getting things done for the vessels we look after. Most days involve a lot of calls to different ports and checking on specialized equipment. It is not the kind of job that looks exciting from the outside, but there is always something happening behind the scenes. We started this because we knew the industry well and wanted to work for ourselves. The staff here are mostly locals who understand how the local waters and ports work. We do not use fancy jargon when we talk to people. If something is broken, we say it is broken. If a delivery is late, we explain why it happened. It is just about being honest and getting the job finished for the client. Sometimes the heavy monsoon rains make getting around difficult, but the office stays open regardless. We have built a decent reputation just by showing up every day and doing what we promised. It is a small operation, but we take the work seriously without making a fuss.
