Our office is based in Palitana, specifically at number 7 in the Rajawal Colony. Being right across from the Sindhi Camp makes us easy to find for anyone coming by. Gariadhar Road is just a stone's throw away, so the sound of local traffic is part of our daily life. We manage various project tasks from this location. The office itself is modest, with just enough chairs and tables for the crew to sit and plan out the next steps. Blueprints and site reports are usually spread out everywhere. Working in Palitana has a different feel than being in a big city. Things move at a specific rhythm here. We start early, go through the mail, and spend time on the phone with site managers to see how things are going on the ground. The walls are mostly covered with charts and maps showing where our current work is happening. When the heavy rains hit the 364270 area, it can make things tricky, but we just adjust the schedules as needed. Around mid-afternoon, we all have tea and discuss the progress we've made. It is a consistent group of people working here. We do not bother with long, formal meetings or complicated jargon. We just talk about what needs to be finished and then we go do it. This has been our home base for a long time. The colony is a good, quiet place to handle all the project details we deal with every day.
