We operate Investment & Precision Castings Limited right off Nari Road. It’s a long stretch of road and we’ve been situated here for a good while. The area has a lot of industrial activity going on. You can hear the sounds of trucks and machinery if you stand outside for a minute. Our building is a solid structure that has seen a lot of work over the years. Inside, it’s mostly just functional space. We don’t have any fancy decorations on the walls or anything like that. It’s about the work we do here every day. Nari Road gets quite dusty in the summer when the wind picks up. We try to keep the windows closed then. Most of us have been coming to this same spot for years, so we know every corner of the place. The floor is concrete and the lights are a bit dim in the back, but we know where everything is. It’s a practical setup for Investment & Precision Castings Limited. We don’t really need much else. There’s a small area where we take our breaks and have tea. Sometimes we sit outside if the weather is nice. It’s just a regular place of work. People drive past on Nari Road all day long and probably don’t think much of it, but this is where we spend our time. It works for us.
