We are located in Satyam Apartment, Shop No 2, right here in Chitra. It's Plot No 216/C, and mostly people find us because we are on Street No 6 in Vijayraj Nagar. This part of Bhavnagar gets pretty busy during the day. We started this travel work some years back because people in the neighborhood needed someone to talk to about their bus and train bookings without having to go all the way into the main city center. The shop is small, but we have enough chairs for people to sit while we check the schedules. Usually, it's just one or two of us here handling the phone and the computer. Chitra is a growing area, so we see new faces all the time. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, especially with the trucks passing through, but we are used to it by now. We don't really do anything fancy here, just help people get where they need to go, whether it's a short trip or something longer. Most of our neighbors know us well, and they just drop by for a chat even if they aren't going anywhere. It’s nice to be a part of the local scene here in 364004. We try to keep things simple with everyone. If a bus is late or a ticket isn't available, we just tell them straight. That's how things work around here in Satyam Apartment. It’s just us doing what we can for the local folks.
