Goran Pharma Private Limited

We’ve been here in Sihor for a good while now at Goran Pharma Private Limited. Most days start pretty early because the sun gets hot fast in this part of Gujarat. Our place isn't anything fancy to look at, just a solid building where we get things done. We spend a lot of time checking boxes and making sure the labels are right because that’s the main part of the job here. There are about ten of us working in the main area and we’ve known each other for years. Sometimes the tea lady comes by late and we all get a bit grumpy, but that’s just how it is. Sihor is a small place so news travels fast and we try to just keep our heads down and work. The shelves are usually pretty full and it can get a bit cramped when a big shipment comes in. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of storage space for the supplies. When the monsoon hits, the road outside gets a bit muddy, which makes loading the trucks a real pain. We usually just prop the door open for some air when it’s not too dusty. It’s a simple setup but it works for what we need to do every day. Nothing too complicated about it, just people working.
