We are located in Bhavnagar, specifically in the Vadva area at Bapesarakuwa. If you are near Darabaari Kothar or Maliwalokhancho, you are pretty much right by us. Essar Construction India Ltd. operates out of this local spot, and it’s a bit of an older part of town with narrow lanes and a lot of history. Our office is tucked in there, and it’s where we handle all our building and construction planning. It’s not the easiest place to park a big truck, but we make it work. We spend our days coordinating with various masonry teams and checking on material deliveries. It’s a lot of manual tracking and phone calls. We don't use any high-tech systems, just some notebooks and a few computers to keep things straight. The neighborhood is lively, and we usually hear the sounds of the local market while we work. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We don't have a corporate office feel at all. It’s just a room where we can sit down, look at the costs, and plan out the next phase of whatever project we are on. Most of our work is spread across this part of Gujarat. We’ve been part of the community here for a while, and people know they can just drop in if they need to talk about a job. It’s straightforward and honest work without any fluff. We just keep our heads down.
