Doctor Rajesh Patel

I am Doctor Rajesh Patel and I work out of Meera Hospital in Umrala. The address is 2598 A-3 on the Main Road. It’s a small town in Bhavnagar and everybody pretty much knows where the hospital is. I’ve been practicing here for quite a while now. The building is right on the main road so it is easy to find if you are coming from the neighboring villages. It’s not a huge facility with thousands of beds. We have a few rooms and the necessary equipment to help people with their daily health issues. I usually get here early before the sun gets too hot to start seeing the first few people. The office has a lot of books and papers piled up because I still prefer reading from real pages. It is a bit dusty sometimes because of the road traffic but we try our best to keep it tidy. My staff consists of a couple of locals who have been helping me for years. We don't use a lot of fancy technology for the sake of it. We just talk to the patients and see what they need. Some days are long and the waiting room stays full until late at night. We just take it one person at a time. It’s a quiet life in Umrala but the work keeps us very busy. Most people who come here are our neighbors and we treat them as such.
