Sonal Foods

Sonal Foods is tucked away at Plot No. 368/1-B. It is a busy little place, especially in the mornings when we are getting everything ready for the day. We have some machines, but a lot of what we do involves just standing at the tables and getting things sorted by hand. The kitchen area is always humming with noise. We have to be careful about keeping everything clean, so we spend a lot of time washing down the surfaces and floors. It is not a glamorous job, but we have a good group of people here who don't mind the hard work. Being at Plot No. 368/1-B means we are in a spot with several other small businesses, so there is always someone coming or going. We don't have a big corporate office or a receptionist. If the phone rings, whoever is closest to it picks it up. We mostly focus on making sure the batches come out the way they should. Some days the heat in the building gets to be a bit much, but we open the windows and keep going. We have been here long enough that the daily grind feels natural. We don't really have a big story to tell. We just come in, do our work at the plot, and go home to our families. It is a simple way to make a living and we are okay with that.
