At Shankar Papad Products, we are located at Plot No. 360. Our day starts early because the weather matters a lot for what we do. If it is too humid or if it looks like rain, it changes everything. We spend a lot of time rolling and drying things out. The space we have at Plot No. 360 is filled with racks and trays. It is a family-type atmosphere here, even if not everyone is actually related. We sit together, work with our hands, and talk about whatever is happening in the neighborhood. It is not a high-tech factory. We use simple tools and traditional ways of doing things because that is what we know. Sometimes the floor gets a bit messy with flour and spices, but we clean it up every evening before we head home. We don’t have any fancy titles here. Everyone just chips in where they are needed. If there is a big order, we all work a bit faster. If it is a slow day, we take a longer break for lunch and tea. People around the area know us for being at this plot for years. We don't do much advertising. Most people just find us by word of mouth or by seeing our sign when they pass by. It is just a regular small business trying to keep things moving. We like the routine and the familiar smell of the spices every morning.
