We are over at 41/43 Vithalwadi Industrial Estate. Champaklal Maganlal Homoeo Pharmacy has been a fixture here for quite some time. The building is old, and you can tell it has seen a lot of history. We handle a lot of different homeopathic remedies, which means our shelves are full of tiny bottles and jars. It smells like herbs and alcohol most of the time, which we’ve all grown to like. We don't have a modern storefront with big windows. It’s more of a traditional pharmacy setup where we know where everything is, even if it looks a bit cluttered to an outsider. We take our time with the preparations because that’s how it’s supposed to be done. There’s no rushing the process here. Our desks are covered in ledgers and old notebooks. We don't use much fancy technology; the old ways of keeping records still work fine for us. Sometimes the roof leaks a little when it rains really hard, but we just put a bucket under it and keep going. It’s a family-type atmosphere among the staff. We’ve seen generations of people coming in for their supplies. It’s a humble place, and we like it that way. We just keep the doors open and do our work as best as we can every day. If someone walks in confused, we help them find what they need. It's a simple life and a simple business that has served us well.
