Travel Gateway

Our office is in the Vardhman Building, right by Attabhai Circle. If you know where Gopal Nursing Home is, you can find us pretty easily. It’s a busy corner of the city. We spend most of our time on the phones or looking at screens trying to figure out travel routes. It’s not always easy because plans change and things get messy with bookings. We mostly help people figure out how to get from one place to another without too much trouble. It's a lot of checking schedules and waiting for confirmations. We aren't some giant agency with hundreds of people, just a few of us at our desks. The office is small, and we have papers stacked up everywhere. Sometimes people just walk in to ask about train times or bus prices. We try to help out even if it’s a small question. It gets a bit loud with the traffic from the circle outside, but you get used to it. We deal with all sorts of travelers, some going for work and some just visiting family. It's interesting to hear where everyone is headed. We’ve been in this building for quite a while now. We keep things straightforward here. If we can find a way to make a trip work, we do it. If not, we tell people clearly. There’s no point in making promises we can’t keep. The coffee machine is usually broken, and the printer acts up, but we manage.
