We are located right in the middle of Radhanpuri Bazar, sharing space with Arihant Textiles. It’s a lively place to be, especially in the mornings when all the shops are opening up and the deliveries are arriving. Arihant Safety Corporation is our side of the business, focusing on safety gear and related items. Because we are in the bazar, there is a lot of foot traffic and it can get quite cramped with all the fabric rolls and safety equipment stacked up. It isn't a modern office with air conditioning and quiet rooms; it’s a working shop where people are always coming and going. We’ve been here for a long time, and the bazar feels like a second home to us. My family has been involved in business here for generations, so we know all the neighbors. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks to get customers. People just know that if they need safety supplies, they can come to our corner in Radhanpuri Bazar and we will help them find what they need. Sometimes we run out of space and have to shuffle things around to make room for new stock. It’s a bit chaotic at times, but we wouldn't have it any other way. We talk to everyone who walks through the door, whether they are buying something or just stopping by for a chat. It’s a traditional way of doing things, based on being present every day and doing what we say we will do for people.
