Ajanta Polymer

Ajanta Polymer is tucked away at Plot No. 14/23 in the Chitra Gidc area. If you go right behind the S. T. Workshop, you will find our gate. We work with polymers and plastic materials here. The workshop is usually quite noisy because the machines are running most of the day. There is often a faint smell of melting plastic in the air, which is something you just get used to after a week. We have been in Bhavnagar for many years. The floor is concrete and sometimes gets covered in those tiny plastic pellets we use. We have to sweep them up constantly so nobody slips. My cousins and I run the production, and it can get very sweaty when the humidity is high. We make small parts that usually go inside larger machines or products. You won't see our name on anything in a store, but the work is there. The Gidc is a crowded place with scooters parked everywhere. We have an old clock on the wall that stopped working last year, but nobody has taken it down yet. We just use our phones to check the time. We don't have a big sales department. Most of our work comes from the same few factories we have dealt with for a decade. We just focus on the machines and making sure the pieces come out the right way.
