Afcons Infrastructure Ltd

We are based at Madhuban Mb/17, which is part of the Paradipport Trust area in Jagatsinghpur, Orissa. Afcons Infrastructure Ltd has been using this space to keep an eye on our local projects. Being near the port means there is always a lot of heavy traffic and activity around, which suits the kind of work we do. The building is a simple structure provided through the trust area. It’s not a place you would visit for the decor. It is full of sturdy furniture, old filing cabinets, and people who know their way around a construction site. The air is often heavy with the smell of the sea and the machinery from the docks. We spend our days tracking shipments and making sure the crews have what they need. It’s a busy atmosphere, but we don't go in for any of that corporate polish. We just want to make sure the bridges or roads or whatever we are building get done right. Sometimes the power goes out when there is a storm coming off the coast, but we just light a few candles and keep talking. It’s an honest way to work. We are part of the landscape here now. People know us by our trucks and the noise we make getting things moved. It’s a tough environment, but it’s where we belong. No one here is afraid to get their hands dirty. We just get it done.
