Sms Crane Service

Sms Crane Service is run out of number 85 in Koothampoondi. We are right near the petrol pump, which makes it easy for our drivers to fuel up before heading out to a site. Our town is small, so word travels fast about who does good work. We have a few cranes that we send out for construction jobs or when a truck gets stuck somewhere. It’s messy work and we are often covered in oil by the end of the day. The cranes are older but they work hard, just like us. I grew up around here and decided to start this because I noticed there weren't many people with heavy lifting gear in the immediate area. We don't have a website or any of that fancy stuff. Most people just call my mobile or come by the yard. It’s a family-run kind of thing. My cousin helps with the driving and I handle the scheduling. Some days are quiet and we just spend time cleaning the machines, then other days the phone won't stop ringing. We try to be fair with everyone who asks for help. The location near the pump is handy because it’s a main road. It gets dusty out there in the summer, but we don't mind much. Just a local business doing what needs doing for the neighborhood projects around Koothampoondi. We aren't trying to be big, just want to keep the equipment moving and the jobs finished. It is honest work for us.
