At Avs & Co. Cheran Cottons, we are located at No-138 Anna Nagar Varnapuram. It is a straightforward place where we handle a lot of cotton materials every day. The building is simple, and we don't spend much time worrying about how it looks from the outside. Inside, you will see a lot of white cotton stacked up and several desks that are usually covered in papers. We start our day early to avoid the worst of the heat. Most of the time is spent talking to the weavers or checking on the shipments that are ready to go out. We don't have a big customer service department or anything like that. If someone has a question, they just talk to whoever is available. Sometimes the trucks have trouble finding the right gate at number 138, so we have to go out and wave them in. It is a lot of manual coordination and keeping track of things in our heads. We have been doing this for quite a while now, and we know the business pretty well. We aren't trying to be the biggest company around. We just want to do our job and make sure the cotton is moving like it should. It is just a small group of us working together in a quiet corner of Anna Nagar.
