Rsj & Company

Our place is at 163 Madeena Colony. It’s in the Gandhi Nagar area. It’s a fairly quiet spot compared to the big main roads nearby. Rsj & Company is just a small outfit. We’ve got a few old desks and some storage space in the back. Usually, the morning starts with checking what needs to be done for the day. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who know the ropes. The building isn't new, but it's sturdy and it keeps the rain out. Gandhi Nagar has changed quite a bit over the years. We remember when there were fewer houses around here. Now it's a lot more crowded. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes the paperwork piles up on the corner desk. It’s just the way it goes when you’re busy. We don’t have any big signs or flashing lights outside. Just the name on the door. Most of our days are spent talking to people who come in or handling stuff over the phone. It’s honest work. We enjoy being part of this colony. There’s a certain rhythm to the day here. We close up around dinner time and head home to our families. That’s pretty much the whole story. No bells and whistles. We’re just here working at 163. We've been here for years and we know the neighbors well. The tea man comes by every afternoon. We just keep moving along and doing what we need to do.
