We've been here at 17-65 Sultan Street for a while now. Most people in Modishvar know where we are. Dealing with road projects keeps everyone busy around here. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place to get the paperwork done before heading out to the sites in Soosgadi. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other days it's quiet enough to actually hear the traffic outside. It's just a regular local operation at Ideal Road Builder Pvt Ltd. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's mostly just us trying to keep things moving. The weather affects everything we do, so we spend a lot of time looking at the sky and checking reports. If it rains, the work stops. That's just how it goes with roads. We have some old machinery that needs a lot of grease and some newer stuff too. Being on Sultan Street means we get a lot of people stopping by to ask directions or just chat. It’s a busy part of town. We try to keep our trucks clean but it’s a losing battle with all the dust. Everyone knows everyone else around here. We just show up, do the work, and go home like anybody else. It’s hard work, especially when the sun is beating down on the asphalt. You get used to the smell of tar after a few years. It just becomes part of the day.
