We are located right beside Sindhu Bhavan, not far from the New Bus Stand on Ring Road No.- 1. Being near the bus stand means it’s always noisy outside with people coming and going, but it makes it easy for folks to find us. We deal with money stuff, mostly helping people figure out their financing when they need a bit of help for something. It’s not a big fancy bank or anything like that. It’s just a couple of us sitting at desks handling papers and talking to whoever walks through the door. Sometimes people come in feeling a bit stressed about their numbers, and we just try to sit down and go through the forms with them. We use a lot of calculators and pens. The office is a bit small but we have enough chairs for everyone. We’ve been at this spot for some time now and we know the neighborhood well. Sometimes we go out for lunch at the stalls near the bus stand. It’s practical work. We don't use big words or try to confuse anyone with fine print. We just explain how the payments work and what the dates are. It’s a lot of counting and checking IDs. We stay open until the evening most days. It’s just a regular local business helping neighbors out with their finances without making a big deal out of it. We like being part of the noise and life on the Ring Road.
