We are over at No. 24 and 25 in Shree Rang Palace, right near Zadeshwar. The office is a bit of a mix because we also have that Shed No. 453 over in the G.I.D.C. Shanker Tekri Udhyognagar area. It’s a bit of a commute between the two places, but we make it work. Most of the time, we’re sitting here answering phones and trying to figure out travel routes for people. It’s a lot of looking at calendars and checking prices on the computer screen. We have maps on the wall that are starting to curl at the edges. People come in wanting to go on a trip, and we spend time talking about where they want to go and what they can afford. It’s not always easy because plans change and trains get delayed. The area around Shanker Tekri is quite industrial, so it’s a different vibe when we’re over there working. We’ve been doing this for a while, and we’ve seen a lot of families come back year after year. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us in the office with a few computers and a lot of notebooks. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait, but usually, things move along okay. We just try to get people where they need to go without too much fuss or extra paperwork.
