Our location at D/25 in the Welspun Staff Colony is tucked away near Amity School. Since we are on the Dahej By-Pass Road in Bharuch, there are always trucks and vehicles passing by. It’s a practical spot for us. The colony is where a lot of the staff stays, so it feels a bit like a small community. We don't have a giant corporate lobby. It’s more of a functional space where we handle our tasks. You might hear kids playing at the school nearby during the day. The Dahej road stays dusty because of all the construction and industrial movement, but inside the colony, it’s a bit calmer. We spend most of our hours looking over charts and managing the steel pipe operations. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but they hold up fine. We usually have tea together in the afternoon. It’s not a high-pressure environment with suits and ties; we just wear what’s comfortable for the heat. Finding the house number D/25 isn't hard if you follow the main path from the gate. We’ve been operating out of here for a good stretch of time. The rains in Bharuch can make the bypass road a mess, but we still make it in. It’s just a regular office for regular people working in the steel sector. We don't make a fuss about things. We just do our bit and keep moving forward every day.
