Umiya Farsan

We've been here in District Bharuch for a while now, right near Raja Chokdi. Most days you'll find us busy at Umiya Farsan getting everything ready for the people who stop by. It isn't a fancy place, just a regular shop where we focus on making the things people like to eat. Sometimes the mornings get a bit rushed when the first batches come out, but that is just how it goes in this part of town. We don't spend much time on big talks or decorations because the work keeps us pretty occupied. People around Raja Chokdi know where we are, and that usually works out fine for everyone. The shop has its own rhythm, and we just stick to what we know. It is hot work sometimes, especially when the weather in Bharuch gets heavy, but we stay at it. We are just a local spot doing what we do every day without making a big fuss about it. If you are walking near the chokdi, you probably see us there. It’s a simple setup we have. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. Just a bunch of us working and making sure the jars are full. That is pretty much the whole story of Umiya Farsan. We just keep the doors open and get on with the day. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until we close up at night.
