Thanush Textiles Private Limited is located at Malhar Green City 161, which is in the village of Nandelav in Bharuch. It’s a bit quieter out here compared to the big city, which we actually like. We have our setup in a place that feels a bit more like a community than a cold industrial zone. We handle textiles, mostly focusing on the production side. Our days start early when the air is still cool. The workshop is a busy place once we get the machines going. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just try to make sure the fabric is good and that it gets to the people who ordered it. Sometimes the power in the village is a bit unreliable, so we have to adjust our schedule around that. It can be frustrating, but we’ve learned to deal with it over time. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees, just a local team doing our best with what we have. Most of us live nearby, so we walk or bike to work. We spend a lot of time checking the threads and making sure the colors are right. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but there’s a satisfaction in seeing the finished product stacked up and ready to go. We just keep things moving at our own pace out here in Nandelav.
