Our office is at C-2/201 in the Sun Pharma Housing Colony. Being located near Manav Mandir in the GIDC area of Ankleshwar means we are right in the heart of the industrial belt. It’s a busy place with trucks moving in and out all day long. The colony itself provides a bit of a buffer from the heavy industrial noise, but you can still feel the energy of the GIDC. The flat is on the second floor, and we’ve converted it into the main hub for Sun Pharmaceuticlas Ind Ltd. It’s a practical setup. We have the usual office furniture, a lot of dusty ledgers, and a water cooler that gets a lot of use. The air in Ankleshwar can be heavy, especially in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going at full speed. People here are used to the industrial lifestyle; it’s just the way things are in this part of Gujarat. We don't spend much time worrying about the aesthetics of the office. As long as there is enough space for the computers and the paperwork, we are satisfied. The commute is short for those living within the colony, which is a nice perk. We see the same faces every day, both in the office and walking around the temple area. It’s a tight-knit environment where everyone knows their role and just gets on with it without any fuss. It is what it is.
