Spices Board

Our office is at 79, Krishnapark, which is along Valia Road in Bhadkodra. This is in the Ankleshwar taluka of Bharuch district. It is a fairly busy stretch of road, so there is always the sound of vehicles passing by. The Spices Board has been here for a while. The building is surrounded by other houses and small businesses in the Krishnapark area. It feels more like a neighborhood than a cold business district. We spend our days dealing with the local logistics and the people who come by with questions. The air sometimes carries the scent of whatever is being moved through the area. It is not a very large setup, just enough room for us to do what is needed. We have a small porch where we sometimes stand to take a break and look out at the road. The sun hits the front of the building in the afternoon, making it quite bright inside. We have to keep the curtains drawn mostly. Everything is practical here. We use old ledgers and a few basic computers. It is a bit dusty because of the road construction nearby, but we keep things as tidy as we can. People from around Bhadkodra know where to find us. It is a straightforward place with no extra frills or fancy stuff. We usually have the radio on low just to have some background noise while we work.
