We’ve been working out of this spot in Bharuch for quite a bit now. If you head down towards the industrial side of town, you’ll probably see our setups. It isn't a fancy office with big glass windows or anything like that. It’s more of a place where we keep the machinery and where the guys meet up before heading out to the sites. We handle a lot of the heavy lifting around here, mostly focusing on the concrete work and the foundation stuff that people don't really think about until it's finished. Most days start pretty early because of the heat in Gujarat, so we try to get most of the outdoor stuff done before noon. There is always a lot of dust and noise, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. Simplex Infrastructures Limited has a lot of projects going on, but this branch stays busy with local needs. We have a small crew staying nearby, and we’ve gotten to know the tea stalls around here pretty well. It’s just a regular bunch of people doing their jobs, making sure the piling and the structures are solid. Sometimes things get delayed with the weather or supplies, but we just keep at it. We aren't really about the big speeches, just showing up at the site and getting the equipment moving. It’s loud, messy, and hard work, but we are used to it by now. We don't really mind the grime as long as the job gets finished.
