Shiv Medical Agency is right here in Dream Land Plaza. If you know where the Bharuch Nagar Palika is, we are just opposite that on the main Station Road. It is a busy spot. Most days, we spend our time unpacking boxes and making sure everything is where it should be on the shelves. There is a lot of traffic out there because of the station, so it gets noisy sometimes. We started this shop a while back. It’s a small place, No. 111, but we keep it clean. My brother and I usually take turns at the counter. Sometimes we talk to the people walking by or our regulars who have been coming here for years. It’s not a fancy place, just a normal medical shop with white tiles and some fans that we have to keep running because of the heat in Bharuch. We try to keep the stock updated so people don’t have to go far to find what they need. Some mornings are slow, especially when it rains and the road gets messy. But usually, by the afternoon, things pick up. We drink tea from the stall nearby twice a day. The signage outside is a bit old now, but everyone knows the building. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It is a simple life here at the plaza. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure things run okay every day.
