Our place, Se Forge Ltd, is situated in a spot called Soneri Tekri. It is right near the Ambema Temple, which everyone in Jhanor knows. Being in the Bharuch district, we are surrounded by a lot of industrial activity, but this specific area has its own feel. The post comes to Jhanor Ta. We’ve been here for a bit, and the location works well for what we do. It’s not a shiny office building. It's more of a practical space where the real work happens. You can hear the sounds of the town and the temple bells sometimes. It gets dusty, but that’s expected here. We have a small team, and we all know each other pretty well. There’s no formal dress code or anything like that. We wear what's comfortable for the job. Jhanor is a quiet town most of the time. We just keep our operations going without making a big deal out of it. People stop by sometimes to ask for directions since we are near the temple. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy things about us. We just are who we are. Our daily routine is pretty set. We start early and finish when the work is done. It’s a simple life here in the Bharuch area, and we like it that way. No one here is trying to impress anyone with big titles or fancy suits. We just focus on the forging and the physical work required.
