We are located over at Gandhar Tower in the ONGC Colony in Ankleshwar. It is C-213. This office is where we handle the infrastructure service side of things for Sa Syncon. Most days here start early with people coming in and out of the tower. Gujarat is a busy place for this kind of work. The office isn't fancy, just a place with desks and a lot of papers related to projects. We’ve been here for a bit now. Sometimes the elevator in the tower is slow so we take the stairs. It’s a typical workspace. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to site supervisors. There is always tea around four in the afternoon. It keeps us going when the weather gets hot outside. The Colony is a quiet enough area but you can tell everyone is working hard. We deal with lots of technical stuff every day. Some of us have been in the infrastructure sector for years. We just try to get the jobs done and keep the records straight. It’s not a glamorous life but it’s steady. You will find us here from Monday to Saturday. Usually, the lights are on until late evening because there is always some report to finish. We are just a group of people making sure things get built properly. It’s a local operation, nothing too corporate. We mostly focus on the regional projects. Everyone knows their role here. We keep our files organized, or at least we try to. Most of the desks are covered in blueprints and site maps.
