Rubaco Sprl,Congo, Africa

We are based at 32 Ravidarshan Society, right on the GNFC Township Road in Bharuch. The name Rubaco Sprl points towards our work in Congo, but this office here in Narmada Nagar is where a lot of the paperwork and coordination happens. It’s a busy road most days, especially when the shifts change at the township nearby. The office is pretty simple, just a place where we sit down to handle the daily logs and messages coming from overseas. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. Some of us walk to work since it is close to where we live, while others take bikes. It gets quite hot in the afternoons here in Gujarat, so we mostly keep the windows shut and get on with things. There isn't much to say about the building itself, it is just one of the regular units in the society. Sometimes people get confused by the Congo part of the name when they see the Bharuch address, but we just explain it’s part of the same setup. We handle a lot of logistics and back-and-forth communication. The desks are usually covered in files and tea mugs. It is not a fancy corporate space with glass walls. It feels more like a workspace where people actually get their hands dirty with the details. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers around the GNFC area well. It’s a steady routine for the staff here.
