Radhe Food Products

Our office is number two in the GIDC area on Mata Road. We are quite close to NH-08, which is helpful for the transport. Radhe Food Products has been in this spot for a bit. It is an industrial zone, so there are always trucks and the sound of machines from the neighbors. We do our own work inside. It isn't a fancy setup. We have a few rooms for the processing and a small space for the office work. The heat from the highway comes in during the day. We mostly make stuff that people eat at home. It involves a lot of weighing and packing. Sometimes we run out of tape or bags and someone has to run out and get more. That’s just how we run. We don’t have a lot of rules, just get the work finished. The workers here are good people. We talk about the cricket scores while we pack the boxes. Being near the highway means there is always dust. We have to clean the floors every few hours. It feels like a never-ending job. The tea break is the highlight of the morning. We get it from the stall near the main gate. It is strong and sweet. We don't plan for the next ten years, we just plan for tomorrow. It gets a bit dark in the corners of the warehouse but we have enough lights. We’ve been here long enough that the noise doesn’t bother us anymore.
