If you walk down Station Road in Bharuch, you will find us in the Miraji Complex. We are in unit 104 on the ground floor. The road is always packed with people heading to the railway station or the shops nearby. It’s one of those areas where you can always hear horns honking and people shouting at each other. Orbit Tourisam has been operating from this building for several years. The complex itself is a bit older, and our office is a simple one-room setup. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and a water cooler that gets a lot of use during the Bharuch summers. We handle travel bookings and tours for the local community. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy from morning to night. We start the day by cleaning the dust off the monitors because the road outside is quite dusty with all the construction and traffic. Most of the people who come to see us are neighbors or people who work nearby in the market area. We don't do big marketing campaigns or put up huge billboards. We just sit here, talk to whoever walks through the door, and try to find the best routes for their trips. Sometimes we stay late to finish up bookings when the railway site is slow or the power goes out. It’s a regular office with regular people. We know the tea guy downstairs by name, and he knows exactly how we like our tea.
