M/S Polycoat

We are over at 28, Nar-Narayan Bungalows in Bharuch. It’s near Narmada Nagar, which is a well-known part of town. M/S Polycoat has been operating out of this bungalow for a while now. It doesn't look like a factory or a big office building. It looks like a house, because that’s what it was. We’ve just repurposed the rooms to fit our desks, equipment, and storage. Gujarat-392015 is a busy area for industry, but our little corner is a bit more relaxed. We have a small team of local people. We usually start our day with a bit of cleaning and then get straight into the tasks. There’s no formal dress code or fancy rules. We just expect everyone to do their part. It can get quite warm in the afternoons, so we have the fans going full blast. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one so people can find the right bungalow. Most of our visitors are people we’ve known for years. We handle a lot of the work ourselves, from answering the phone to packing things up. It’s a hands-on kind of place. We aren't interested in looking like a big corporation. We just want to do our job and keep things moving. It’s a modest setup, but it works perfectly for what we need to do every day in Bharuch. We just take it one day at a time.
