Down on Soni Street in Andada, you'll find our workshop. M.Mech Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is situated in this corner of Ankleshwar, which is a big industrial hub, but our spot feels a bit more like a neighborhood. We are in the Bharuch district of Gujarat, and the weather here really shapes how we work. In the summer, we start early to beat the heat. We are engineers, but don't expect to see people in white lab coats. We are usually out there with the lathes and the welding equipment. There is always a smell of oil and cut metal in the air. We don't have a big corporate board or fancy presentations. Most of our planning happens over a cup of tea or standing around a machine. We've been in Andada for a while now, and we've seen the area change, but our way of working stays the same. We just take the jobs as they come. Sometimes it’s a big part for a factory, other times it’s something small for a local guy. We don't really care about being famous or having the newest office space. We just want the machines to run right and the parts to fit like they should. It’s a practical life, and we are fine with that.
