Mabel Real Estate Llp

Our small office is tucked away on the 7th floor of Mangalam Complex. It’s unit N1. Being up this high on Kasak Road gives us a decent view of the street below, though we spend most of our time looking at floor plans and stapled contracts instead. Mabel Real Estate Llp is just a few of us working together. The elevator in this building can be a bit slow or finicky during lunch hours when everyone is heading out at the same time. We usually have a lot of folders stacked up on the desks in no particular order. It’s a busy place but we try to stay on top of things as much as possible. People come by to talk about land or flats they want to move into. We don't have any fancy receptionists or coffee machines. You just walk in and one of us will look up from a desk and ask what you need. It can get a little noisy when there's construction nearby, which seems to happen a lot on Kasak Road lately. We’ve been operating from this Mangalam Complex spot for a bit. We know the area pretty well by now. It’s a good location for a real estate business because everything is reachable. We drink a lot of chai while we go over the legal papers. It’s not always exciting work, but it’s what we do. We just want to make sure the paperwork is right and the keys end up with the right person. That’s pretty much the daily routine for us up here.
