Lexture India Private Limited is based out of Plot No 1031 B in the GIDC Estate in Ankleshwar. Being in the industrial estate means we are surrounded by factories and workshops all day. It’s a noisy place with lots of trucks, but that’s the way it is in Bharuch. We have a decent-sized plot where we manage our operations. Most of our staff are from the nearby towns and they commute in every morning. We spend a lot of time on the floor making sure things are moving as they should. The office part is just a small section of the building where we do the billing and answer the phone. It’s not a place for visitors to come and sit on soft chairs. It’s a place for work. We have been here for some time now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the estate. Sometimes the power goes out, or the road gets blocked by a big trailer, but we just work around it. We don't have a flashy website or big ads. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they are also working in the GIDC. Our days are full of practical problems to solve. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy and the business going. We just try to be reliable and get the orders out on time without making a big fuss about it. The tea man comes around twice a day and that’s our main break.
