In Bharuch, our ECC Division operates out of a guest house in the Vinay Complex. It is flat number 708, and Mausum Dutta is usually the person you will find handling things there. Being in a residential complex in Gujarat means things are relatively calm compared to being directly on a construction site. The flat is used as a mix of a living space and an office for the team. We have a couple of desks set up in the main room where we handle the daily reporting and planning. It is a bit of a climb if the elevator is acting up, but the view of the city from the seventh floor is okay. We have been using this spot as a base for a while now. It is convenient because it is close to some of the local markets where we can grab food or supplies. The atmosphere is very informal. We might be sitting around in casual clothes while we go over the project details. It is just a practical way to have a presence in Bharuch without needing a massive commercial space. Sometimes it gets a little crowded when more staff visit from the sites, but we just pull up extra chairs. It is a simple setup that works for what we need.
