We’ve got quite a spread over in the GIDC Panoli area, taking up several plots from 2925 all the way through 3132. It’s a large industrial zone in the village of Panoli, under the Ankleshwar taluka. Being in the Bharuch district means we are right in the heart of the industrial belt here in Gujarat. Our facility is where we do all the homecraft and knitting work. It’s not a quiet place; there’s always some machine running or someone moving boxes around. The air in GIDC has that industrial smell, and you get used to the sound of trucks coming and going. We have been here for a long time, and the locals know us pretty well. Our team is mostly made up of people from the nearby villages. We don't spend much time in fancy offices. Most of the work happens right there on the floor where we can see it. It can get pretty dusty and loud, especially in the afternoons, but that’s the nature of the business. We focus on making things that people can use in their homes. We keep a close eye on the stock and make sure the machines are kept in working order. It's a lot of manual work and staying organized. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done to keep the operations running every single day. The roads around here are often full of trucks, but we've learned to work around the traffic.
