Karthila Industrial Co. is located at Plot No. 224 on 3rd Cross Street. We are part of the Nehru Nagar Industrial Estate, which is right off Old Mahabalipuram Road in Kottivakkam. It’s a big industrial area, so there is always something going on around us. Our building isn't anything special to look at, but it works for what we do every day. Being in Kottivakkam makes it easy for us to stay connected with other local businesses. We've got our tools and our workspace set up just the way we like it. The 3rd Cross Street can get a bit crowded with trucks and deliveries, but that’s just part of life in an industrial estate like Nehru Nagar. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Most days, you’ll find us busy with whatever industrial tasks are on the schedule. We don't really do much in the way of advertising because people usually find us through word of mouth or just by seeing our sign when they’re driving through the estate. It’s a straightforward operation. We show up, do the work, and head home. There’s no corporate ladder or big fancy meetings here. It’s just a small crew of us trying to keep things running smoothly. We value the fact that we have a solid roof over our heads and enough space to handle our projects.
