Uic Udyog Ltd.

Our address is Plot No 905/2, right in the Gidc Mega Estate. We are near a few other big units, so there’s always a lot of traffic on our road. Uic Udyog is mostly about manufacturing. We have some heavy machinery that takes up a lot of room, and it makes the floor vibrate when everything is running at once. It’s a bit of an old-school setup. We don't have the newest computers or anything like that, but our machines are solid and we keep them well-maintained. We mostly deal with metal and wire. There are big spools of raw material sitting in the yard. We have a small crew of guys who have been doing this for years. They know exactly how to tune the tensioners and cutters. Sometimes the raw material is late because of some issue at the port or a strike, and that throws our whole week off. We just have to make it up by working through the weekend. The office is just a desk and a couple of chairs behind a glass partition. It gets a bit hot in there because the air conditioning is old and struggles during May and June. We usually have tea delivered twice a day from the vendor down the street. It’s a simple life in the estate. We make our products, load the trucks, and head home. We’ve stayed at this plot because it fits what we do perfectly.
