You can find us at Plot No 903/1 2 in the Gidc Mega Estate. It’s a pretty large spot. We have a lot of heavy equipment here because of the nature of the work. Themax has been operating out of this unit for quite a while now. When you walk in, you see a lot of steel and some very large assemblies being put together. It’s a lot of welding and bolting things down. The sparks are always flying in the back section. We have to be careful about where we step because there are often parts laid out on the floor waiting to be moved. It’s not a place for visitors to just wander around. The office is at the front, and it's mostly filled with blueprints and shipping manifests. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers. The Mega Estate can get very dusty, especially when the wind picks up, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the delicate parts. We have two shifts usually to keep things moving. The night shift is quieter, but the work is the same. We have a small canteen area where the guys eat their tiffin and talk about the cricket scores. It’s a straightforward environment. No one puts on an act here. We just have a lot of work to get through and we try to do it right the first time. The gate is usually open for the delivery trucks to back in.
