Sigma Elements Pvt. Ltd. takes up a few plots at Gidc Mega Estate, specifically numbers 773/1, 2, and 3. Having that much space means we have more room for storage and moving things around than some of our neighbors. It’s a noisy part of the estate, but that’s just how it is here. We have a mix of old hands and some newer people in the crew. The main office is in the first section, and that’s where most of the paperwork happens. It’s usually covered in maps and schedules. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with suppliers. The loading area stays busy most of the afternoon. We try to keep things moving so we don't have a backlog. Sometimes the rain makes the yard a bit difficult to navigate, but we’ve put down some gravel to help. We don't have any fancy signs or a sleek lobby. If you come here, you’ll likely see people in work clothes carrying things or talking over the noise of the machines. It’s a practical environment. We don't bother with much ceremony. If there’s a problem, we sit down and figure it out right then and there. It’s been our home for a good number of years and we’ve seen the estate change a lot in that time. We just keep on working.
