Bec Fertilizers Ltd.

You can find Bec Fertilizers Ltd. at the Gidc Mega Estate, specifically on Plot No. 912 and 912/a. Being situated in the Mega Estate means there is always a lot of movement and noise around us throughout the day. We have a fair amount of space because we use two different plots, which we really need for storing the fertilizer bags and all the raw materials that come in. The air around the facility always has that specific earthy smell to it, but I guess you just stop noticing it after you have worked here for a few weeks. We spend a lot of our time loading and unloading trucks that come through the gate. The floor is made of concrete and usually has a thin layer of white dust on it from the products we handle. We don't have a big sign out front, so people usually just look for the stacks of pallets to know they are in the right place. It is not exactly a quiet place to work with the forklifts moving around constantly, but that is the nature of the business. The office is just a small room we partitioned off from the main warehouse so we can actually hear the phone when it rings. We keep a few chairs in there for people who drop by, but most visitors are here for business and do not stay very long.
