Our spot is Plot No. 37 in the GIDC Mega Estate. It’s a large area with a lot of different businesses but we’ve been in this particular building for quite a while now. When you walk inside you won't see any big displays or sales people. It is mostly just storage racks and the space where we work on our daily tasks. We keep things pretty organized because it makes the day go faster when you can find your tools. The morning usually starts with a quick check of the inventory. We have a small crew and we all know each other’s kids and what’s going on at home. It makes the work feel less like a chore. The Mega Estate is a busy place so there are always trucks coming and going which keeps things interesting. We don't have a lot of rules except for showing up on time and doing the job right. Sometimes we have a bit of a laugh during the lunch break out in the courtyard. It is not a glamorous business but it pays the bills and we like the people we work with. The building gets a bit dusty because of the construction nearby but we try to keep our area clean. We just focus on our work and getting things sent out to the people who need them every day.
