Jhagadia Copper Limited

Jhagadia Copper Limited is based out of plot 747 in the GIDC Industrial Estate. It’s a large area and we have a lot of space here to manage the copper work. Being in the estate means we are surrounded by other big factories, so there is always the sound of machinery and trucks in the air. We’ve been at this location for quite some time now. Our day starts early because there is a lot to get through before the heat of the afternoon sets in. The work involves a lot of technical stuff with the metal, and the floors are usually covered in bits of wire or copper scraps. We don't have a fancy lobby with chairs; it’s mostly just the work area and a small room where we keep the files and the computer. The guys wear heavy boots and gear because it’s a tough environment. We don't really do much in the way of promotion. We just focus on the copper and making sure it meets the standards we need for our orders. Sometimes the trucks get delayed at the gate, which causes a bit of a headache, but we manage. It’s a lot of hard work and staying on top of the production schedule. We aren't trying to be anything other than a solid industrial plant doing its job every day. There is no need for anything extra besides good metal and steady work.
