Hindalco Industries Limited (Birla Copper)

Our office is located in the Karelibaug area of Vadodara, right on VIP Road. We are in the Adinath Society at number 159, which is situated behind Bright School. It is a pretty easy place to find once you know where the school is. We are part of the Birla Copper side of Hindalco Industries. This isn’t a huge industrial plant where the smelting and heavy work happens. Instead, it is where we handle the business and administrative side of things. We have a small group of people here who take care of the local accounts and make sure all the orders are in order. The office is very simple. We have some desks, computers, and a lot of folders about copper shipments. It gets a bit noisy when the school nearby lets out, but we are used to the sound of the kids by now. We don’t really do any fancy advertising or marketing. People who need our products usually already know where we are located. We focus on being practical and getting things done. If there is a problem with a shipment, we just sit down and figure out how to fix it. We aren't big on corporate talk or long mission statements. We just show up, do our jobs, and try to be decent neighbors in the society. It is a straightforward way to work, and it has worked for us for a long time.
