Hindalco Ind.Ltd. Birla Copper

Our place is right on the Dahej Bypass Road, specifically at 15 V D Township. It’s easy to find because we are right across from the Saryu Flats. The traffic on the bypass can be a real headache, especially with all the big trucks moving in and out of the industrial zones. We spend most of our time inside this Hindalco Ind.Ltd. Birla Copper office trying to keep the noise out. It’s a practical space, nothing fancy at all. We have some desks, some old chairs, and a lot of paper. Being part of the Birla Copper side of things means there is always something happening, even if we are just a small part of the bigger picture here in Bharuch. The sun hits the front of the building pretty hard in the afternoon. We usually have the fans going full speed. People stop by to ask directions or to drop off supplies. We don't have a big sign or anything, just the address. It’s a working office, not a showroom. We keep the floor swept and the water cooler filled. Life around here moves fast because of the industry, but inside these walls, we try to keep things calm and steady. Sometimes we walk over to the nearby shops for tea. It’s a basic routine that works for us. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors in Saryu Flats know us by sight. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation for Hindalco and we're okay with that.
