We are located at Hindalco Ind. Ltd. (Birla Copper) over in Ahmedabad. Our office is at 29, Someshwar Park, which is right near the Venugopal Society on the Nikol Naroda Road. This part of the city is always buzzing. Unlike the plants out in the rural districts, being on Nikol Naroda Road means we are right in the thick of the city’s hustle. There’s a lot of traffic, and you can always hear the horns and the movement of the city outside our windows. Someshwar Park is a decent spot, and our place at number 29 is where we handle the local business. It’s a simple building. We don’t have a big fancy sign or a reception area that looks like a hotel. It’s just a place where we get the work done. Most of us have been working here for a long time, so we know the neighborhood and the people around Venugopal Society pretty well. We grab lunch at the local stalls and walk to the main road for tea. It’s a very human way to work. We don't bother with corporate talk; we just talk about what needs to be finished by the end of the day. The Ahmedabad heat is legendary, so we keep the fans going and just focus on the tasks.
