Hindalco (Birla Copper)

We are over at 145-Apanaghar Society in Bharuch, right behind the Narmada Aluminum plant on Nandelav Road. This is the Hindalco Birla Copper office, but it feels more like a residential spot than a big industrial site. Being in a society like Apanaghar means it’s a bit quieter than being right on the main factory floor. We mostly handle the local coordination and some of the smaller administrative tasks that come with the copper business. Bharuch is a busy town, and Nandelav Road always has trucks moving back and forth. Our office is a simple place where we keep our records and meet with local contractors. We don't have a big fancy sign or a reception desk with someone in a suit. It’s just a few of us sitting at desks, making sure the bills are paid and the schedules are met. Sometimes the neighborhood kids are playing outside while we’re trying to finish up the month-end reports. It’s a very human way to work. We’ve been in this part of Gujarat for a long time, so we know the local vendors and the shortcut roads to avoid the traffic. We don't try to sound like a big corporate entity.
